Are your pieces handmade?

Yes! Every piece from Elva is handcrafted by me in my small workshop using sterling silver and natural gemstones. Because each item is made by hand, slight variations are part of what makes every piece unique.

What materials do you use?

All Elva jewelry is made using sterling silver (.925) and natural gemstones. Each stone is formed by the earth and carries its own colors, patterns, and character, which means no two pieces will ever be exactly alike 🤍

How long will my order take?

Most pieces are made to order for now. Please allow about 5–10 business days for your jewelry to be crafted before it ships. I take care in making each piece by hand, and I want it to arrive exactly as it should🫶🏼

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because many of my pieces are made to order, returns may be limited. However, if there is ever an issue with your order, please reach out and I will do my absolute best to make things right for you!

How should I care for my silver jewelry?

Sterling silver naturally develops a soft patina over time. If you prefer a brighter shine, a gentle polishing cloth will easily restore it! Removing jewelry before swimming, showering, or applying lotions will also help keep it looking its best.

Are the gemstones natural?

Yes! The stones used in Elva Collective pieces are natural gemstones. Because they are shaped by nature, each stone will have its own unique variations in color and pattern.

Do you offer custom pieces?

Custom work may be offered in the future! At this time I’m focused on creating the current Elva Collective designs, but this may change as the collection grows.🤍🧝🏼‍♀️
